“Health isn’t about getting everything right, it’s about learning to listen to your body”.

Felicity Ling of Ease Acupuncture & Chinese Medicine

Hi, I’m Felicity, a registered acupuncturist and the founder of Ease Acupuncture + Chinese Medicine.

Ease was founded on the idea that health doesn’t have to be all-or-nothing to be meaningful.

I know what it’s like to feel broken. I’ve navigated my own health challenges including severe menstrual pain and dysfunction, fertility worries, chronic pain and two very different birthing experiences. I know that the path back to yourself is rarely straight. Most women are facing something; whether it’s painful periods, fertility challenges, the hormonal rollercoaster of peri-menopause, or simply just feeling disconnected from your own sense of self. No matter where you’re at, it’s my belief that you can always find more ease.

I’m a mumma of two young boys. I get it, life can be messy, full and constantly changing. We don’t always feel like our best health is that easy to tap into, and I know firsthand that health isn’t about getting everything “right’. It's about learning to listen to your body, adapting to different seasons of life, and finding approaches that genuinely work for you.

I hold a Bachelor of Health Science in Acupuncture and have gone on to study further in fertility, pregnancy, women’s health and cosmetic acupuncture. I’m always studying, always expanding, because my patients deserve a practitioner who is genuinely at the edge of what this medicine can do. I also believe that good health rarely happens in isolation. I work closely with GP’s, specialists and other practitioners because the best outcomes happen when the whole team is pulling in the same direction.

I'm passionate about sustainable wellbeing, not perfection. I’m a big believer in moving for joy, spending time with my family, and nourishing myself and those I love with simple, whole foods. When you come to Ease, my goal is to meet you exactly where you are.

Originally hailing from Victoria’s Mornington Peninsula, and now based happily on the south coast of NSW, it’s fair to say the ocean has always been in my veins. I adore spending time outside, surfing, camping, cooking, and of course chasing after my two young boys.
